National Institute of Art Museum in collaboration with Phetchaburi Rajabhat University has organised an exhibition “Kanchong Songphet: Heritage of Prip pri Wisdom” to showcase Phetchaburi craftsmanship.
The exhibition presents the unique local handicrafts of Phetchaburi Province which is the heritage of Phetchaburi people.
As the third regional exhibition of handicrafts in the central provinces, the aim is to share the knowledge of handicrafts in each locality to be conveyed and presented through the exhibition.
Objects displayed in this exhibition reflect both the way of life and beliefs of Phetchaburi people towards both nature and religion, that has never been displayed anywhere before.
The exhibition is now open until December 20th, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at the Cultural Hall of Honor, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University.
