Created by Hua Hin locals Robyn Lynch and Vivien Cullen, ‘Hua Hin Walks’, is a Facebook group aiming to provide the necessary information for locals and visitors to Hua Hin find out more about how walking around the region can be such a revealing and enjoyable experience.
Visiting this site provides details of recommended walks featuring a local area with spectacular panoramic views, a temple to explore, or an activity. Walks include both rural locations but also around the inner city or around local attractions with differing degrees of difficulty and varying distances.
Wat Khao Sanam Chai and the neighbouring area loop, is walk of 5.60 kilometres which reveals one of the most beautifully presented temples in Hua Hin.
Continue up to the pagoda for spectacular 360 degree views of the area. Pack a picnic breakfast, and sit on the rock overlooking Khao Takieb and watch the sunrise.
