Mr. Sirisak Sirimangkala, Deputy Governor of Prachuap Khiri Khan has met with race organisers and tourism, sports, police, health and municipal officials to finalise plans for the event, planned to be held on 24th – 28th November this year.

However with a previous postponement from a commencement date of 29th September, the event going ahead remains dependent on Covid-related restrictions being lifted.

The PT Prachuap Circuit is a street flat track along the coast of Prachuap Khiri Khan Bay with the provision of spectator stadium style seating, cart parking facilities in front of the main municipality building and road preparation to ensure the surface meets required standards.

The event is anticipated to be a major national sporting event which will be popular, attracting many car racing fans at this very scenic venue.

The event organisers are now waiting for the final by the Provincial Communicable Disease Committee for a relaxation to allow such activities.
