Mr Stephane Rousseau has been appointed as the new Honorary French Consul in Hua Hin.  He has been appointed for 5 years, covering Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan and Chumphon provinces.

Mr Rousseau has thanked the French Embassy and Ambassador for their trust, efficiency and responsiveness.   There’s also a very big thank you to Mrs. Anne-Marie Toudic, first Honorary Consul of Hua Hin and founder of the consular agency, for her support and friendship.


Honorary consuls are empowered to issue income and residence certificates, certify copies of an official document, certify translations of Embassy approved translators and have the power of attorney for elections.

The new consulate is in 112 in Hua Hin, 1.7 km on the right of the road starting from Phetchakasim Road.

A library of more than 1400 books in French is at your disposal (free loan with a deposit), as well as an outdoor billboard for your classified ads.
