Especially during the current spell of cool weather, visitors to Rueannamphung are likely to feel as though they are in the far north of the country, rather than in the hinterland of Hua Hin.

This recently added attraction to Hua Hin’s long list of visitor experiences offers gushing streams and clouds of mist in a tropical garden paradise with trailing orchids and a huge variety of flowing greenery. There’s even a cascading waterfall to create a most enjoyable Chiang Mai or Chiang Rai-like atmosphere.
The owners have transformed three rai of farmland into this amazing environment after deciding that Hua Hin needed something different from the usual beach and ocean vista and as a person who has long enjoyed travelling north decided to recreate that northern experience.

Located very near to the Huay Mongkol Temple in the Thap Tai District, you’ll also find restaurants, and coffee shops set within the greenery and waterways. Ruennamphung is a great place to go for a relaxing sidetrip; maybe after a family visit to Huay Mongkol.
The owner is very eager to ensure the safety of visitors with temperature measurements and mask wearing being compulsory and hand cleaning required before entry.
