Ms. Ketkanok Darawut Mapakorn, Accounting Manager of the Hua Hin Grand Hotel and Plaza said that bringing the chefs and cooks of the hotel to open a Thai breakfast shop is an adaptation to fight the COVID-19 crisis.  Everyone has been affected, especially with the new outbreak worsening the tourism and hotel sector income.

The menu items have been chosen as familiar Thai breakfast food that are well known and very popular and very affordable with prices starting at 40 THB.  Each menu item has carefully selected ingredients with hygiene according to the standards of the hotel.

The streetside restaurant is open from 5.30 until 9 AM.
