For the safety of tourism at the Kaeng Krachan National Park Office the park is now closed from January 27th to February 11th, a total of 16 days as ordered by the COVID-19 Outbreak Situation Management Center.
The Ministry of Natural Resources which manages tourist attractions, learning centres and services must do so in accordance with the measures strictly set by the governor of the province.
Exceptions to the closure area include the Ban Krang and Pa La U Waterfall in the Hua Hin District of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, which remain open for tourists to visit in accordance with the COVID-19 prevention measures.
Staff at Kaeng Krachan National Park have been spraying and cleaning prevent the spread of COVID-19 within offices, shopping areas, camping grounds, toilets and the tourist centre including camping equipment and screening all staff to prevent COVID-19 infections.
