The Royal Coast Review has just received the news that the Hua Hin Mayor will be presiding over the Grand Opening of the new Friday night market venue ‘Talad Rim Tad’ at 5.30 PM this evening (4th September).
Tonight’s Grand Opening will feature performances of Thailand’s iconic Khon Dance. This is a traditional Thai masked dance drama, based on the classic Hindu Ramayana epics, as a traditional Thai dance drama with elaborately made costumes and masks.

‘Talad Rim Tad’ will become a regular Friday night attraction for the city with entertainment every Friday from 5 PM until 10 PM to compliment a vibrant markets scene with authentic cuisine and crafts available in a festive family-oriented environment.
Our apologies for the late notice, our advice about this happening only arrived this morning; better late than never! We’ll have more information after tonight’s opening.
WHERE:
Queen Sirikit Park (19 Rai) is north of the city after Klai Kang Won Palace (the Royal Palace). Travel from either Soi 35 or Soi 19 on the Phetchakasem Road going north, about 2km from the Hua Hin town centre. The park is on the beach with sheltered areas, walking paths, seating and children’s playground equipment.
