Good news for ‘would-be’ foreign teachers in Thailand. In recognition of an English language shortfall and the difficulties with prospective teachers being unable to obtain the required Visa which requires exiting and reentering Thailand, the Ministry of Education has sent a letter to schools saying that they had negotiated with Immigration to allow new teachers now in the country to change to a Non B visa without leaving the country.
