A hapless high-wire artist in downtown Hua Hin today was largely ignored by passers-by as he dangled precariously from electrical wiring above a busy city street after loosing his mojo.
The unidentified figure; dressed completely in blue; probably needed the assistance of the fire department however no rescue services were in sight. Yet another reason why underground power cable would be a good idea!
