Supervising the dredging and removal of choking weeds from Hua Hin’s channeled waterways for Mayor Khun Nopporn Wutthikun doesn’t mean just driving by, or even standing on the bank while others do the ‘dirty work’.
As the picture shows, he’s willing to be a link in the chain as a very determined municipal worker removes a stubborn weed growing in the canal wall.
