The training is to enhance an understanding of the challenges posed by the cyber age and youth access to all forms of media to improve health and well-being.

An emphasis will be placed on knowledge and understanding of sexual and reproductive health and life skills training about sexual relationships.

A survey of teen pregnancy in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province has found an increase in the problems of adolescents facing sexual health concerns including communicable diseases caused by unsafe sex and unplanned pregnancy.

Teaching members of society to be ethical about sex must start from the family institution. The family is recognised as a basic institution that should cultivate understanding of sex as well as respect for the needs of others.
