Greenpeace activists have formed a coalition and protested to ASEAN leaders at the ASEAN Summit in Bangkok.
The protest is demanding a declaration for an immediate region-wide ban on plastic waste imports, including trash and electronic junk being sent to ASEAN countries under the guise of recycling.
“Because our house is not a bin”, is the message being sent.
