A project is to help all 11 patrol police (border) schools in Prachuap Khirikhan has commenced with support to two schools, Baan Tha Wang Hin and Baan Khao.
These schools have very limited funding and infrastructure and are often ‘on the border’ of mainstream community support and funding.
The project is being co-organised by the Rotaract Club of Stamford International University, Hua Hin Market Village, Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin, and Stamford International University.
The RCRHH donated 195 school back packs to students of both school students for the beginning of the school term. Rotarian Benjamas Uamsa-Ard was stage managing the first event at the Baan Tha Wang Hin Patrol Police School.
Representatives from all the project organisations helped distribute the backpacks to students, followed by a demonstration of how to use a lice treatment then fun and games for all before dinner with the kids.
