Public Health Ministry deputy permanent secretary Dr. Prapon Tangsrikiatikul has warned that the potentially deadly dengue fever may infect as many as 100,000 people this year. He said 20,733 people fell ill and 25 people died from dengue fever nationwide from January 1 to May 14, 2019.
